Haridutt Mishra is an IICA Certified Mediator and Advocate with a specialization in Intellectual Property and Information Technology, currently serving as a Partner at AARYAVARTT. With a strong legal foundation, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Delhi in 2006 and further advanced his expertise with a Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
As an advocate with extensive experience in mediation, intellectual property and information technology law, Mr. Mishra is committed to providing expert legal counsel and effective dispute resolution services. Vikas Kumar, FCIArb, FICA, is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India with 19 years of legal practice. Enrolled to the Bar in 2006 after graduating from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, he has experience in various legal domains including civil, criminal, commercial, arbitration, land and estate, intellectual property rights, and more. He holds a Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), London, and has completed multiple arbitration training modules.
His professional memberships include the Supreme Court Bar Association, Indian Council of Arbitration, Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, and International Bar Association. Vikas has also been empaneled with several arbitration and mediation centers such as the Indian Council of Arbitration and the Supreme Court Mediation Centre, as well as government authorities like the Supreme Court Middle Income Legal Aid Society and the Competition Commission of India. He has also served as an evaluator and judge in the ICC Moot Court Competition.
Swati Singh, B.Com, M.A. in Economics, B.Ed., Postgraduate Diploma in Human Rights, LL.B, is an Advocate and an IICA Certified Mediator.
