Eligibility
Who Can Join?
The Track Second Members Network welcomes accomplished professionals from across the dispute-resolution landscape — united by expertise, integrity, and a commitment to peaceful dialogue.
Young ADR Membership is open to professionals under 30 with a background in ADR.
- Certified mediators, arbitrators, and conciliators
- Legal professionals with ADR training
- Retired judges, law faculty, and domain experts
- Psychologists, social workers & professionals in conflict-sensitive roles
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
